Natale's of Hanover 9 vs. N'tierty 3 Minor League Hingham - Kress Field Fri, May 25, 5:00 PM
The bats, gloves and mosquitos came out last night at Kress for a great game with lots of individual highlights for both teams. Natale's had only 9 players but everyone contributed including when Eddie B robbed Matt Partyka of a line shot to the deep outfield which surely would have been an inside the park HR. Pete Ross had outstanding defensive including an unassisted double play to kill one of Natale's rallies. Zach Silva pitched the entire game (4 innings). Biggest hit of the year for Nick Varitek Iaria with a 2 rbi single and Brendan Lahiff reached safely in all four at bats. Congrats to both teams on a hard fought Friday night battle.

Natale's of Hanover 0 vs. Old Derby Animal Hospital 16 Minor League Hingham - Hersey Field Mon, May 28, 5:00 PM
Owen Kane's leadoff three bagger started the ball rolling for the Dirt Dogs of Old Derby Animal Hospital and the team never looked back against a very tough Natales of Hanover. Everyone contributed to the win with Michael Cadigan, Mats Thureson and Will Dipesa leading the way offensively while Stephen Cochrane and Sam Jenkins "lights out" pitching kept the Natales bats in check. The defensive web gems were turned in by Natales' right fielder Eric Sullivan whose quick thinking and perfect execution turned a sure extra base hit into a single and pitcher Nick Walsh who killed an Old Derby rally with a with a great stop and throw to beat super speedster David Bowen at first. Pitchers: Old Derby; Stephen Cochrane 35 Sam Jenkins 11; Natales; Nick Walsh 75 Eric Sullivan 19 Chris Connelly 19
