Don't push water from fields onto grass
I know this may sound simple but no one should push, shovel, rake or sweep water from infields to the grass. It kills the grass. The proper method is to pump off standing water with the hand or electric pumps then dry or roll the dryer over the wet area. After you remove as much water as you can, spread quick dry over the soil to finish the absorption. Do not dump 4-5 bags on one spot it will do nothing but waste the drying agent. If it can't be dried the game gets cancelled. You can't show up at a field 30 mins before game time and hope to get it in game condition. Sorry that's baseball
